A personal gym training program for your equipment and schedule

Gyms differ in machines, free weights and available space. Treeniverstas accounts for the training environment so the program is built from exercises you can actually perform.

Equipment-aware exercise selection

Your equipment profile limits the exercise pool before the program is approved. A full commercial gym, a basic gym and a home setup therefore do not receive the same exercise list.

When the training location changes for one day, the app can replace unsuitable movements while preserving the purpose and structure of the session as far as the available equipment allows.

The goal controls the prescription

Muscle growth, strength, consistency and other supported goals require different emphasis. The program combines the goal with experience, weekly frequency, available time and restrictions instead of deciding from one input alone.

Quality checks verify the resulting week before it becomes the active program. Unsafe or structurally invalid candidates are blocked rather than shown as if they were complete.

A record of what was actually completed

Planned workouts and completed workouts remain distinct. Progress is calculated from logged work, trusted duration data and completed sets rather than assuming that every scheduled session happened.

This gives a more useful view of training consistency and makes later program decisions easier to explain.

Example 3-day gym training program

This three-day workout plan illustrates a balanced gym structure rather than prescribing one fixed routine to everyone. Exercises can be replaced with equivalent options that match the available equipment, training experience and declared restrictions.

Day 1: squat or leg press for 3 sets, bench press or chest press for 3 sets, a row for 3 sets, a hamstring movement for 2–3 sets and trunk work for 2–3 sets. The goal is to cover major movement patterns without adding exercises only to make the session look longer.

Day 2: Romanian deadlift or another hip hinge for 3 sets, overhead press for 3 sets, lat pulldown or assisted pull-up for 3 sets, a unilateral lower-body movement for 2–3 sets and optional arm work for 2–3 sets.

Day 3: a squat or press variation for 3 sets, an incline or other upper-body press for 3 sets, a second row or pull for 3 sets, a glute or hamstring movement for 2–3 sets and one optional isolation exercise. Repetition ranges and effort should follow the goal rather than forcing every movement into the same prescription.
