Treeniverstas training methodology
Treeniverstas does not treat every data point as equally certain. Logged performance, user-reported experience, calculated estimates and algorithmic conclusions are kept distinct so an estimate is not presented as a direct measurement.

Four levels of information
Sets, repetitions, load and timing are logged performance data. Sleep, pain, perceived exertion and recovery are user reports. Estimated one-repetition maximum, session duration and load trends are calculations. The next programme suggestion is an algorithmic conclusion based on these inputs and explicit constraints.
- Logged data remains available in its original form.
- An estimate is labelled as an estimate.
- Algorithmic conclusions must be traceable to their inputs.
- Missing information is not converted into assumed health data.
Programming principles
The programme aligns the split with the goal, weekly frequency, experience, available equipment and reported constraints. Exercise order, set count, repetition range, repetitions in reserve and recovery must each have a defined purpose.
No single repetition range, weekly set count or split is presented as universally optimal.
